The Australian Business Registry Services (ABRS) has announced that the 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗗 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 has been extended by two weeks, from 30 November 2022 (𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺) to 14 December 2022.
The ABRS registrar has further commented that, as long as individuals have met their director ID obligations by 14 December, they would not apply compliance resources to determine their director ID obligations have been met.
